Music Monday

I’ve done my part (twice, and I’ll probably go for a third, eventually). Now it’s your turn to ‘fess up to what tunes remind you of the O.G. of Darktubers Himself.

What songs do you think He’d listen to? What songs have lyrics that sound like a page taken from His life story? What songs have that vibe of a Big Demon Mood?

Come on and tell me. Tell the world what’s on your Darkiplier playlist.

Remember: Use the #darktober 2017 tag if you post on your own tumblr, so I can see it.

People Are Strange, originally by The Doors (I prefer the Echo & the Bunnymen version because I grew up listening to it)

Forsaken, by Disturbed

Gold, by Imagine Dragons

Monster Inside, by NateWantsToBattle (especially in light of WKM)

The Dollhouse Theme, by Jonatha Brooke (again, because of WKM)

Moonlight Sonata, by Beethoven (just the first 6 mins)

Danse Macabre, by

Camille Saint-Saëns

(not just the title, but the whole sense of uneasiness mixed with “happy” sections). I can imagine Dark using this one as a backdrop for some ballroom dancing.

Victor’s Piano Solo, from The Corpse Bride soundtrack

I love the Doors and Beethoven, both. And I’ve heard a piano solo version of “Danse Macabre” that was truly amazing.

Mostly, I write stuff. And, like the Egyptians and the Internet, I put cat pictures on my walls. Also, I can read your Tarot.
